Shipping & Delivery
Catwalk Botanics is committed to delivering your order within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Where do you ship?
Currently we ship only in serviceable Pin Code.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 36 hours of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

How is my order shipped?
Your order will be packed, sealed and shipped from our dedicated company warehouse.

Cancellation & Refunds
No cancellation & refunds will be processed once the order has been placed.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?
We take utmost care into making sure your product reaches you safely. But in the unforeseen situation you receive your Catwalk bottle in a damaged condition or damaged in transit, please call our customer care at +91 7428555700 or email us at wehearyou@catwalkbotanics.com mentioning your Order ID. Following which if necessary, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.

Refunds (if applicable)
For all cash on delivery orders; once delivered, no product will be returned or refunded.No cancellation or order reversal after placing pre-paid order.Replacement only for incorrect/damaged item received, if issue is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.All our bottles have a seal on the caps and ready-to-drink packs are tamper proof, do not accept if opened.
